    • Developed a bioinformatics workflow for the efficient and accurate quantification of microbiome metagenome and metatranscriptome data.
    • Assembling and creating reference sequence databases from WGS.
  • Research assistant at Indian Institute of Science (2013 - 2018).
    • Extensive experience in advanced immunology and infection biology.
    • Worked with HIV, TB, Candida auris, and Plasmodium falciparum.
    • Specialised in designing molecular biology experiments and bioinformatic data analysis of diverse modalities.
  • Masters in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology; Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Biotechnology.
  • Joined CUBI in 2024 for Data management and stewardship of the consortium FOR2841 and TRR241.
