My expertise lies in assembling, annotating, and functionally analyzing microbial omics data. I develop, adapt, and run both in-house and published bioinformatics workflows and pipelines to efficiently process and interpret complex datasets.

- Ph.D at Helmholtz-Institut für RNA-basierte Infektionsforschung (HIRI) in collaboration with Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg (2019-2023).
- Developed a bioinformatics workflow for the efficient and accurate quantification of microbiome metagenome and metatranscriptome data.
- Assembling and creating reference sequence databases from WGS.
- Research assistant at Indian Institute of Science (2013 - 2018).
