Profile
I obtained my PhD in Biomedicine in 2009 from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. I am a trained biochemist turned bioinformatician with several years of post-doctoral experience in wet and dry labs. Worked on RNA biology with focus on the analysis of CLIP-, ribo- and RNA-seq datasets. Joined CUBI in 2022 to work on single cell transcriptomics and functional genomics.
