Profile
Graduated as “Dipl.-Inform.” (equivalent to a MSc in Computer science) from Universität Karlsruhe (TH). PhD with Knut Reinert (Algorithmic Bioinformatics) at Freie Universität Berlin, topic “Engineering Algorithms for Personal Genome Pipelines”. Joined CUBI in 2015 and responsible for germline/genetic analyses, data management, and data analysis platforms.
