Group leaders from the following organizations can request access to our service portfolio and resources:

Working with CUBI
We organize our data analysis work into projects that fall into one of the following categories
- Scientific Service for project specific omics data analysis
- Standardized Processing for frequently used routine analysis
- Scientific Cooperation to establish new technologies and services
to provide efficient solutions for dynamic research oriented projects as well as for recurrent production tasks.
Scientific Service
Scientific Services are designed to provide flexible, efficient project specific bioinformatics and data analysis solutions. Your primary contact will usually be a Post-Doc (project leader) with experience in the relevant domain. We aim to closely resemble a conventional scientific collaboration with a bioinformatics lab while making optimal use of economy of scale.
Standardized Processing
Standardized Processing Service provides tried and test workflows and pipelines for omics data processing. All standardized processing services require well defined input data formats and data quality. Please contact us for further details.
Training
Training opportunities are announced on our website and through our mailing-list. Courses are filled on a first come first served basis among the qualified requests (affiliation and required entry knowledge).
