In the G-BA funded project IntSim-Onko we are developing methods to understand similarities between cancer patients on the basis of molecular characterization and clinical patient history.
The project is under the lead of Manuela Benary from the Core Unit Bioinformatics and combines an interdisciplinary approach in a cooperation with Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (more, German only).
